Community Guidelines

Last updated: October 24, 2026

Geerho is built on trust. Every member verifies who they are, each person has one account, and every deal keeps a record. These guidelines explain how we treat each other. They’re part of our Terms of Service, and our moderators use them to decide every report.

1. Be real

2. List honestly

3. Trade fairly

4. Respect everyone

5. Message responsibly

Safety tips in chats. If a message looks like a common scam (for example paying outside Geerho, gift cards or crypto, a deposit before seeing the item, or a suspicious link), Geerho adds a short safety tip to the chat. It's a reminder for both people, not an accusation. Messages are checked automatically only when they contain words like these; no person reads them for this.

6. Respect privacy

7. Homes, rentals, services, and jobs

7A. Live shows

8. Businesses and teams

9. Follow the law

Don’t use Geerho for anything illegal, including fraud, scams, money laundering, selling prohibited items, or evading taxes. We cooperate with law enforcement as described in our Law Enforcement Guidelines, and we preserve records when a crime may have been committed.

10. Reporting and what happens next

11. Changes

We update these guidelines as Geerho grows. We post the new version here with a new date, and tell members in the app about important changes.
