Manage My Plan

Good to know

• Payment processing: when buyers pay in the app, the payment company's actual fee comes out of the seller's payout (cards 2.9% + 30¢; bank payments 0.8%, at most $5). It applies on every plan, and you see it before you list.
• Teams: Business members appoint up to 10 people and Elite members up to 100, including free members, in Profile → Team. They post and chat for you with no commission, and their posts count toward your plan's post limit (unlimited on Elite); their posts are your listings, buyers pay you, and payouts go to your account. You see everything they post and every chat about it, and you can remove anyone at any time.
• Big payments: sales, rentals, and jobs over $2,500 (₱150,000) aren't paid in the app. The buyer pays the seller directly, outside Geerho, so Geerho's buyer protection and refunds don't apply. Listing anything priced above that needs a plan. Meet in person, check the item and the paperwork, and use a bank transfer or escrow you trust.
• Founding Members (the first 300 members to verify) pay no commission without a plan, and get 25% off any plan for the first year, then 10%, applied automatically at checkout.
• Unlimited Fridays: every Friday, everyone posts as much as they like, on any plan, and those posts don't count toward your limits. Friday in your own time: Philippine time if you live in the Philippines, US Pacific time otherwise.
• Homes: listing a home for sale or for rent needs Basic, Pro, Business, or Elite, homeowners included. Without a plan, you can save your home as a draft and publish it once you've chosen one. Free members can keep posting items as before.
• Real estate pros: agents, brokers, and property managers need a Basic, Pro, Business, or Elite plan to add their real estate license and list homes.
• Cancel anytime in Manage My Plan; your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
• iPhone (coming soon): you'll also be able to subscribe in the Geerho iPhone app through the App Store, at the same prices (Apple sets each country's currency). App Store plans are billed by Apple and managed or cancelled in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. The Founding Member discount applies to plans bought here on geerho.com.
• Plans renew monthly. Philippine peso prices use a fixed rate we review every quarter; peso payments are coming soon. See our Terms.
